The two technicians that performed the service were Kyle B and Hunter. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way and arrived exactly as scheduled. They were friendly, professional, knew what they were doing, did everything in a safe manner, answered all my questions, polite, and quickly completed the service. I could not be more pleased and have no suggestions for improvement. They deserve the five star rating.

We just had a great experience with Justin & Tony of the G.A. Bove Service Department. Justin & Tony arrived to inspect our propane tank and propane appliances. These gentlemen had superior expertise and knowledge about our systems and thoroughly reviewed all of our infrastructure. They took the time to answer all of our questions, proactively suggest improvements, and actually take action to address some issues. In addition they proposed follow-up actions to correct some prior work errors by other vendors. It feels so good when you get to enjoy marvelous service from real pros who care about the work they do. We switched to Bove…because of their great service reputation. We are delighted with this decision. Thanks Justin & Tony!

Everyone I talked today; Kevin Service and Steve S, the man that did the service call were very helpful and courteous. The call from Kevin was shortly after our initial issue was reported and Steve S was able to get to our location within 2 hours of our call. Steve S had a friendly upbeat demeanor. He was able to address our issue and was done in about an hour. Thank you so much for the efficient and professional service.

I contacted Bove Fuels to convert my stove. I could not say enough good things about Gavin and the Bove Fuels team! He knew what he was doing and did a wonderful job. He even did a few things that went above and beyond the routine visit. Gavin took extra time with me to explain things and really put me at ease.
