Budget and Prepay Plans

Bove Fuels is proud to offer Budget and Prepay programs to our customers. No matter which product you use to heat your home we have a program for you! Both plans allow you to secure a price or receive a discount of retail value for the upcoming heating season. Each program is offered to customer's that are credit qualified and sign up for a minium of 400 gallons.

Budget Program

The budget program is calulated by taking an average of your annual usage multiplied by the cost per gallon and than break your total heating cost into 10 monthly payments. Example: 1000 gallons of fuel at a cost of $2.69 per gallon would equal a total cost of $2690.00 for the heating season. We would then break that total cost up into 10 payments of $269. This option allows for the customer to know exactly how much their fuel bill will be from month to month for a set amount of gallons.

We currently have 3 options for Budget programs:

  • The first option Capped Budget Program The price per gallon is set with a 20 cent maxium cap price. Your price will not go any higher than the 20 cent cap nor will it go lower than the set price. There is no fee for option #1.
  • The 2nd option Price Protection Program The price per gallon has  a capped price that will not go above said amount but you will also  have protection on the gallons in case of a down market. There is a fee for option #2.
  • The 3rd option Discount of Retail Program The price per gallon is not locked in at any raite for the season and you will pay the daily market price with a .10 cent discount off your delivery .There is no fee for option #3.

Prepay programs.

The prepay program is where you purchase your gallons for the season in advance by signing a contract and sending in a payment to cover your gallons for the season. The prepay program plan can secure a lock in price for the season or if you do not wish to lock in, we have a discount off retail pricing plan. This price will flucuate with market, but you will receive a discount of 15 cents per gallon at the time of delivery for sending in a pre-payment for the season.

  • Discount Off Retail Pricing Plan.
